“There is inequity in the condition of farmers in that they don’t get the due cost of the crop they deserve. Through this march, we would like to extend our support towards all small farmers so that they can sell their produce at the rate they want to.
“How can we disrespect our mother earth by feeding it with poison. We need to say no to chemical fertilizers and pesticides. I promise all farmers that we will take the issues of farmers to Geneva.”
